Family Law Attorney
Beverly Allen is an experienced family law attorney who started working with Washington families in 2010. Known for her firm professionalism and compassionate advocacy, she also brings military discipline and leadership as a Former Captain in the National Guard, where she started her career as a JAG officer.
Beverly prides herself as a staple of the Pierce County community, where she has served Tacoma as more than just a family law attorney. As a community advocate, she has helped Tacoma residents through social justice issues as a member of Tacoma for All.
Beverly started her career in the US Military as a JAG Officer, assisting military families with the same issues she helps Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap county residents with – whether you are in the military, a veteran, or civilian, she will provide high quality care.
Beverly worked with the Pierce County Law Library to produce informative self-help content to assist families in navigating the complex world of family law. Her videos are accessible on the Pierce County Law Library Youtube channel.
Between her two community service awards (2016, 2021), she also has two Army Commendation Medals from her time in the National Guard.
Beverly specializes in family law and high-conflict custody cases, advocating for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Beverly has led our firm since 2020, going from helping families in the COVID economy to helping families during todays inflation-riddled economy.
Beverly is known for her caring and professional advocacy style, maintaining strong relationships while litigating aggressively when needed to protect her clients and their children.
